The Value of a Hotrod & Restoration Sponsorship
Those companies who have signed-on as sponsors in the past understood the return on investment that a sponsorship brings to this qualified, industry-specific audience. A sponsorship is a great way to brand your company to these qualified buyers and stand out amongst your competitors! Due to the overwhelming 2009 post-show survey responses from our exhibitors, we have created some new and exciting sponsorship opportunities.

Aisle Sign Extensions (10 available) $525 per sign
Aisle Sign Extensions – Your company will receive one 4' x 8' double-sided aisle sign extension with your company's logo. Sponsor must provide production-ready artwork in digital (EPS) format. Specific aisles may be requested. Pricing is $525 per sign or $4,200 for all 10.
Aisle Stickers – Your company will receive 10* aisle stickers including your company's logo, message, and booth number which will be placed at each cross aisle. Sponsor to provide production-ready artwork in digital (EPS) format.

Café Expo Sponsor - The Café Expo Sponsorship includes the following items:
- Two large 1m x 8' freestanding signs will be strategically placed around the café directing people to your sponsored event.
- One hanging banner with your company logo, recognizing your sponsorship participation, will be hung in the exhibit hall to inform attendees about the café.
- Attractive table tents will be placed on all tables to acknowledge your sponsorship participation
- You will have the opportunity to display your own company literature at visible areas in the café. (items are responsibility of the sponsor).
- Your company will be provided with a complimentary show bag insert to be placed into the show bag given to every attendee. (sponsor will need to provide approximately 4,000 items)
Grand Opening Breakfast Sponsor
- Logo inclusion in all pre-conference print and email direct mail promotions
- 20 reserved seats at the Grand Opening Breakfast
- 2 Gobos displayed on the ballroom walls
- 2 banners hanging on the main stage
- Product placement at each attendee's seat provided by sponsor
- Logo included on show schedule and all breakfast directional signage
- Flyers will be included in each attendee pre-registration badge mailing to include sponsor recognition
- Post-show coverage and thank you to sponsors in Hotrod & Restoration magazine post-show issue
Industry Reception Sponsor
- Logo inclusion in all pre-conference print and email direct mail promotions
- Reserved table at the Reception
- Logo placed on cocktail napkins which will be distributed at the bars, food stations and on tables
- Table tent cards with your company's message placed at the tables, bars, and food stations
- 2 gobos per sponsor projected on the ballroom walls for the duration of the party
- Allotment of 2 banners displayed in the ballroom
- 25 drink tickets per sponsor
- Logo included on show schedule and all party directional signage
- Expo party flyers will be included in each attendee pre-registration badge mailing to include sponsor recognition

Lanyards – This is the ultimate in achieving brand awareness. See your company logo around virtually every attendee, exhibitor and speaker’s neck. In addition, your company will be mentioned as a sponsor in the Hotrod & Restoration Show Guide and on the Hotrod Show website.
Registration Pens – We will set your pens out at the registration area, at each check-in counter, as well as the tables where people fill out registration forms. We will take care of replenishing as necessary. This is a great exposure opportunity as pens are sure to be used all year long!
Registration Sponsor – Registration items will be branded with the sponsoring company's logo including:
- Prominent logo display in the Hotrod & Restoration event guide, on-site event signage and the Hotrod & Restoration website with a live link to your website.
- Special signage on-site at registration counters for all attendees to see during check-in.
- Prominent logo recognition as the exclusive registration sponsor on all pages of the online registration process.
- Badge mailing insert with your company information sent to all pre-registered attendees.
- Optional add-ons such as lanyards and registration pens subject to availability and additional costs
Show Bag Sponsorship – attendee will receive an official keepsake bag that will include the name and logo of the bag sponsor. In addition, your company will be mentioned as a sponsor in the Hotrod & Restoration Show Guide and on the Hotrod Show website.
Show Bag Inserts – Have your company’s promotional item placed in the hand of every attendee. All attendees will receive a show bag and you can place your literature or promotional item inside each bag (no note pads though). Distributing your company item will allow a marketing impact that continues after the Hotrod Show is over. In addition, your company will be mentioned as a sponsor in the Hotrod & Restoration Show Guide and on the Hotrod Show website.
**With all sponsorships, your company will be mentioned as a sponsor in the Hotrod & Restoration Show Guide which goes to every subscriber and copies will be on-site for attendees, your logo with live link will be placed on the home page and every page of the HRR website, and will appear on-site on signage.
